Scope of Work: Residential & Commercial General Pest Control Recurring Services
Our mission is to provide a pest-free environment through proactive maintenance and precision
treatments. We don’t just "spray and leave", we create a protective barrier around your property
using a dual-layered defense strategy.
1. Initial Site Evaluation
Before any treatment begins, our technicians perform a 360-degree inspection to identify:
- Active Infestations: Identifying specific pest species and nesting sites.
- Entry Points: Finding cracks, crevices, and structural gaps.
- Attractants: Pinpointing moisture issues or food sources that invite pests.
2. Interior Treatment
We treat the "heart" of the home with family-and-pet-friendly protocols:
- Targeted Applications: Focusing on "hot zones" like under sinks, behind appliances, and
along baseboards. - Void Treatments: Addressing wall voids and plumbing access points where pests hide.
- Garage & Attic: Inspecting and treating common transition zones.
3. Exterior Perimeter Shield
The best way to manage pests is to keep them outside. Our exterior service includes:
- Foundational Barrier: A residual liquid or granular application around the perimeter of
the structure. - Eave & Overhang De-webbing: Removal of spider webs and wasp nests to discourage
rebuilding. - Entry Point Sealing: Applying dusts or baits to window tracks, door frames, and weep
holes.
4. Flexible Service Plans
We offer three different scheduling options which include monthly, bimonthly and quarterly.
- Residential: For the first service we treat interior and exterior, the following services will
be exterior only unless the customer requests treatment of interior as well - Commercial: interior and exterior each service.
